Intelligent Fiber Network Announces New Hires

Intelligent Fiber Network (IFN), a leading provider in commercial fiber network services, today announces the addition of three new team members to the company. This comes at the same time IFN has announced nearly $13 million in equity investment funding from new and existing member/owners. The funding is set to help increase IFN’s ability to grow its revenue and workforce in order to make way for enhanced connectivity for Hoosier businesses through an increased network bandwidth.

Shena Benskin has joined IFN as manager of technical writing and network documentation. She brings more than 35 years of communications and project management experience to the IFN team, including roles at the US Army, Eli Lilly and Sallie May. Benskin manages a team of documentation engineers whose main focus is to record, track and update network and service records. Through knowledge and compliance management, she works with documentation engineers to ensure IFN’s records adhere to a set standard by creating templates, policies and procedures.

Mike Crabb has joined IFN as business development manager. He interacts with community stakeholders, partners, and IFN personnel who can be utilized to promote company business growth and identify key markets of opportunity to pursue. With a proven 25+ year record of achievement in highly competitive markets, Crabb joins the IFN team with experience in account management, sales and customer retention.

Kip Pancake joins IFN as channel account manager, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry. With prior experience in security and sales, Pancake will support IFN in achieving sales targets, as well as providing account management and adding new accounts. His prior experience includes roles at Verizon, CenturyLink, and Fishnet Security.
