Mike Burrow is President & CEO of NineStar Connect, a cooperative utility located in Greenfield, IN that provides communications, power, water, and wastewater services to over 20,000 members and customers in East Central Indiana.
Since 1990, Mike has been professionally and personally focused on various aspects of promoting rural economic and community development. Besides currently serving on the Intelligent Fiber Network Management Committee, he also serves as a director on the board of Telcom Insurance Group where he is chair of the strategic planning committee, and as a director on the Indiana Exchange Carriers Association.
Mike is a graduate of Ball State University and Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He has been a frequent speaker to various trade associations on topics ranging from hybrid cooperative mergers and telco/electric partnerships to rural economic development and strategic planning. He and his wife of 30 years are self-professed history nerds and enjoy spending time at their Ohio River weekend retreat in Madison, IN.
