Joe brings with him nine years of experience as President of Rochester Telephone Company and RTC Communications, providing high-speed fiber to homes and businesses. He received both a BS and MBA from Indiana University and went on to work in sales and management for IBM for twenty-one years prior to joining Rochester Telephone.
Joe serves on multiple boards including the Indiana Exchange Carrier Association (INECA), Indiana Broadband and Technology Association (IBTA), eight years on the local school board, and now IFN, where he looks forward to assisting in the dynamic expansion of fiber across the state.
Joe was raised in Rochester, IN and enjoys working back in his hometown and spending time with family. He’s married to wife Mandie who teaches school and has three children.
